Shipping Policies

Magick Shay is currently shipping to all 50 states in the U.S.A.

Unfortunately, I do not ship Internationally.

Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed.

I'm a one woman shop and I take great care in packaging every order and making them special. All packages weighing less than 1 lb. are shipped first class through USPS and should arrive within 5 days from the date they're shipped unless faster service is selected at checkout. All customers receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been processed.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or reimbursements for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. All customers are provided with a tracking number and can contact their local mail provider if an item is lost. If your order is returned to me I will contact you to resolve the issue. In most cases the item can be shipped again without any additional shipping charges!!
